Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Invyra. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
Invyra is a product of Thinkrium. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Thinkrium. References to "you" or "your" refer to the user of the platform.
Use of the Service
Invyra is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform in accordance with these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Invyra. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use Invyra only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Access to Content
All content on Invyra, including financial data, valuations, analyses, scores, and AI-generated text, is licensed, not sold. Your access is conditional on compliance with these terms.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, share, or make available any content from Invyra to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without prior written consent from Thinkrium.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or any applicable law.
Your Account
If Invyra requires account registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Each user may maintain only one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at vinay@thinkrium.ai.
Limited Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Invyra platform and its content for your own personal, non-commercial research and analysis purposes.
This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any part of Invyra's content, software, or intellectual property. This licence terminates immediately if you violate any of these terms.
Content and Conduct Rules
You agree not to use Invyra for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes, without limitation, attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems, interfering with the service, impersonating any person or entity, or using automated tools to scrape or harvest data.
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules, applicable laws, or the rights of others, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, algorithms, valuation models (including Invyra IV™), trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property on the platform are the exclusive property of Thinkrium or its licensors.
You may not data mine, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or use any automated system to extract content from Invyra. You may not circumvent any access restrictions or security measures. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in termination of access and legal action.
Subscriptions and Payment
Invyra may offer subscription-based access. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan). You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at vinay@thinkrium.ai.
If your payment method fails at the time of renewal, we may suspend or terminate your access until the payment issue is resolved.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to the platform upon payment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We encourage you to review all available information about Invyra before subscribing to ensure the service meets your needs.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Invyra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant that any financial data, valuations, or analyses will be accurate, complete, or timely.
Not Financial Advice
Nothing on Invyra constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any form of professional financial guidance. All content, including intrinsic valuations, quality scores, moat analyses, and AI-generated theses, is for informational and educational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before making any investment based on information obtained from Invyra.
Market Information and Data
Financial data displayed on Invyra is sourced from third-party data providers and is offered on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any market data. Information may become outdated quickly and should not be relied upon as current at the time of viewing.
Deep linking, redistribution, or commercial use of any data obtained from Invyra is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thinkrium, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) Invyra.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, system failures, internet outages, power failures, third-party service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thinkrium and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Invyra may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Thinkrium. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Invyra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Invyra at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your licence to use the platform immediately ceases.
You may stop using Invyra at any time. If you wish to delete your account, contact us at vinay@thinkrium.ai.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Thinkrium is established or operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.
